Terms of Service

 

***READ CAREFULLY BEFORE PLACING AN ORDER***

 

Due to unprecedented times, orders are delayed and may take longer than usual to arrive. The shipping method selected is not the handling time, it is the estimated transit time once the package leaves our facility. Please be advised that the cost to ship frozen food is usually more than the product itself due to the cost to maintain a controlled, refrigerated environment using dry ice, insulated shipping boxes and expedited shipping to assure the safety and quality of the product.

 

Shipping & Handling Policy. Dry ice, insulated shipping box and freight are included in the shipping cost.  Products cannot be sold to APO, PO Boxes, internationally or overseas. Our shipping calculator is set up to purchase a maximum of six (6) cases of patties.  If you are ordering more than six (6) cases of patties, an invoice will be sent for the balance of shipping.  Orders will not ship until balance is paid.

 

Shipping Method shows the cost to ship the product and the estimated transit time.  It is not the total cost.  It is also not the handling time. Shipping Method is the estimated transit time once the product leaves our facility. Shipping method can be found when you continue to PayPal Check out or Check Out without PayPal account. You must input your state and zip code to calculate shipping cost.  To see total cost of order, scroll back up to the top of the PayPal Check out page.

 

Pick Up is for pick up at our headquarters only - located at 117 Route 303, Suite B, Tappan, NY 10983 on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays 10:00 am - 2:00 pm.  Please call 845.398.3000 at least 1 hour before picking up your order. Cut-off time to place orders for same day pick up is 1:00 PM. If you plan to pick up another day, please contact us. If we do not have your order in stock, we may call you or cancel your order.  If you are unable to pick up your order and would like your order shipped, you will need to place a new order and your pick up order will be canceled.

 

Commercial or business addresses in California, Nevada, Washington, Oregon, New Mexico, Colorado, Montana, Idaho, Arizona must select Express shipping. If Ground is selected, you will be sent an invoice for the balance of shipping and your order will not ship until balance has been paid.  If you are a business and would like to place a large order of patties, please call 845.398.3000.

 

Residential orders received after 12:00 pm EST on Monday may be shipped the following Monday (as some locations may take up to 5 business days) for the following states: California, Nevada, Washington, Oregon, Texas, New Mexico, Utah, Idaho, Wyoming, Montana, South Dakota, North Dakota, Nebraska, Colorado, Kansas, Oklahoma. Please remove product from packaging, immediately prepare, consume and/or store in freezer upon delivery.  During the warmer weather, Ground Shipping will not be available for California, Nevada, Oregon or Washington states. Hawaii and Alaska may only be shipped Express or Overnight whether commercial or residential.

 

Cancellation Policy. If your order was not shipped, you may be able to cancel your order, but there is no guarantee.   There may be a charge for dry ice if it was already purchased and cannot be used for another order.  To submit a cancellation request, fill out the Online Order Cancellation Request formIf you do not receive confirmation that your order has been canceled within 1 business day, please call us immediately during our business hours (Monday-Friday 8:00 AM-4:30 PM EST) to follow up on your cancellation request at 845-398-3000. We process and ship most of the orders on Mondays and Tuesdays.

 

Return Policy. Due to our products being perishable food, we do not accept returns once the package has left our facility, whether packaging or products are unopened or opened.  Any products that are refused or returned will be discarded without a refund.   All food sales are final.

 

Back Ordered or Out of Stock items in your cart will prevent you from checking out. Please remove them from cart to proceed.  Some products may be on back order even though not listed as back ordered in the shop. If you were able to check out an item that is out of stock in our warehouse but was not indicated online, we will contact you as it could delay your order.
